At Waxi Taxi, we exclusively use GiGi Spa Azulene Infused Soft Wax. This wax is designed for sensitive areas. It’s gentle and can be used on any skin type. The wax itself is infused with calming and soothing Azulene oil. This helps keep skin moisturized and healthy.
Aftercare
The products used on your wax afterwards are just as important as the products used throughout. Aftercare products help minimize redness and irritation, leaving you with a flawless glow and smooth skin. We always recommend using a lightweight oil to moisturize after your service. Waxing removes a layer of dead skin from the surface of your body, leaving your skin vulnerable. A lightweight oil will prevent dryness, irritation, protect the skin barrier, and support healing. Our specialists always apply lavender grapeseed oil or our specially formulated healing ointment to heal and soothe the skin after waxing.
Sanitized Equipment
Using clean, sanitized equipment is Waxi Taxi’s number one priority, and a non-negotiable! Our waxing sticks are single-use only, meaning they aren’t getting redipped in the waxing process. This minimizes germs and ensures a clean, worry-free wax. Any tools that aren’t single-use (such as tweezers) are heavily sanitized between each appointment. Our staff will always wear nitrile gloves, provide you with fresh and clean tools for each appointment, and ensure each waxing table has a clean and soft sanitary covering. We are passionate about providing our clients with the most sanitary, clean experience possible.
